AGM update
Withdrawal of AGM resolution
Manchester, UK - 28 September 2021: Yourgene (AIM: YGEN), a leading international molecular diagnostic group, announces that ahead of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 4:00pm today, the Company has withdrawn the proposed Special Resolution in relation to the disapplication of statutory pre-emption rights up to a specified limit.
This decision was made following dialogue with institutional shareholders and demonstrates the Board's willingness to consider feedback and act accordingly. Discussions continue with investors to provide the Board with the appropriate level of flexibility going forward.
