AGM Trading Update

At the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Regenersis plc (LSE: "RGS") ("Regenersis" or the "Group"), a strategic outsourcing partner to many of the world's leading consumer technology companies, which will be held today at noon Jeff Hewitt, Non-Executive Chairman, will give the following update on trading:

"As reported at the time of the preliminary announcement in September, the Group enjoyed a good start to the current financial year. This trend has continued, and in the four months to the end of October, the Group has traded in line with expectations and ahead of the previous year.

With the strategic direction of the Group migrating quickly to more value added service provision, there has been a progressive winding down of non-core and commoditised services. Specifically this has included the residual activities in mobile phone recycling where the ability to differentiate services and generate an acceptable return are much less.

As part of this process the Group has recently completed the sale of its European recycling activities for a consideration of €1. To facilitate the exit from this business cash liabilities totalling £1.0 million have been settled by the Group. A one-off profit of £0.3 million will arise as a result of this disposal.

The Group continues to make progress with the implementation of its market led service strategy and has recently announced business wins in the UK and Eastern Europe. In Romania the Group has been awarded a two year contract with RCS, the leading operator in the cable and satellite markets, whilst the Group's collaboration with TomTom has been extended, with a broader service offering, for a further three years.

Overall activity levels in the Mobile Communications, Media and Entertainment and Information Technology divisions remain high and the sales pipeline continues to build as the new organisation gains momentum. Despite the continued economic uncertainties the outlook for the Group remains positive."
