Cambridge, UK, 14 May 2009 - ARM Holdings plc [(LSE: ARM); (Nasdaq: ARMH)] announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company was held today at which Resolutions 1 to 7 were duly passed on a show of hands with no votes against. Resolutions 8 to 11, being special resolutions, were passed on a poll.
