AGM Statement

Zest Group plc ("Zest" or the "Company" AIM: ZEST) wishes to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today at the offices of the Company's solicitors, Marriott Harrison at Staple Court, 11 Staple Buildings, London WC1V 7HQ, each of the resolutions put to the meeting and as set out in the notice of Annual General Meeting were passed unanimously.
