AGM Statement
Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading provider of intelligent automation and customer engagement software, is pleased to provide the following update ahead of the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at 10:30am today.
Netcall's strong momentum has continued in the first half of FY21 with trading in line with management expectations. Order levels to date are significantly higher than the same period last year, driven by demand for low code and customer engagement solutions across key market segments of healthcare, government and financial services. Cloud annual contract value (ACV) continues to grow and is approximately 30% higher than the same period last year. The Group has a healthy pipeline of opportunities, supported by an acceleration of organisations' digital transformation initiatives.
Recent customer successes include Tesco Underwriting, who developed a claims handling process using Netcall's low code platform, which delivered a 57% increase in the number of claims processed per hour. Additionally, the Group supported Cardiff City Council to help streamline the surge in COVID-related calls they are receiving in relation to the Test, Trace and Protect initiative.
Netcall continues to innovate across its software platform, launching a number of COVID-19 related solutions to support the Group's healthcare customers. These include a Waiting List Management App to assist hospitals find a rapid solution for the increase in patient waiting lists, and a Vaccinations App to help the NHS plan and manage the roll-out of COVID-19 vaccines for staff.
The initial customer response to the increased breadth of the Liberty platform, through the acquisition of RPA vendor, Automagica, has been very positive, and Netcall continues with the integration of Automagica's RPA solution onto the Liberty platform launching in January 2021.
Looking ahead, whilst the Board remains mindful of the current economic disruptions on our customers, it is confident that the strength of the Group's product offering combined with its strong balance sheet and high levels of recurring revenue have positioned Netcall well for continued success.
