Neptune-Calculus Income and Growth VCT plc ("the Company")

Result of Annual General Meeting 

The Company announces the result of voting on the resolutions at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Friday 23 May 2014. 

Each of the resolutions was passed by the required majority. In accordance with LR 9.6.2, the Company has submitted copies of the special resolution passed at the meeting to the National Storage Mechanism which will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
