Martin Baldwin, Chairman of Bond International Software plc, the specialist provider of software for the international recruitment and human resources industries, will make the following statement at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at midday today:

The strength of our product portfolio together with the high level of recurring income has allowed Bond to withstand the worst effects of the downturn and to continue to trade profitably."
