HML Holdings plc (AIM: HMLH), a leading provider of property management, insurance and ancillary services to residential property blocks, will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 11 a.m. this morning at HML's East Croydon offices at 94 Park Lane, Croydon, Surrey CR0 1JB.

Robert Plumb, Chief Executive, will make the following comment on current trading:
