At this meeting Sir Roy Gardner, Chairman,will provide shareholders with the following update: Current Trading "Trading in the first four months of the year has been encouraging and ismarginally ahead of expectations. Ahead of our interim results on 16 May 2007, there will be a pre-close tradingupdate at 7am on 29 March 2007." Sale of European Vending Business "On 29 November 2006 we announced our intention to sell Selecta, our Europeanvending business. The sale process is well underway and has generatedsignificant interest. We expect to have completed this transaction by the summerof this year."
