AGM Statement

cloudBuy plc (AIM: CBUY), the global provider of cloud-based e-commerce marketplaces and B2B buyer and supplier solutions, is holding its Annual General Meeting at 10.00am today, at which Ronald Duncan, Executive Chairman, will make the following statement:

"The year to date has seen good progress in the globalisation of the business; today's announcement of another contract win in the Middle East is evidence that we are creating traction across our targeted geographies.

In the UK, we continue to focus on care with breeze-e in user acceptance testing and a number of other large care opportunities in prospect. In India, our earlier win with the Confederation of Indian Industry is progressing well and the scale of the opportunity has been recognised by UK Trade and Industry as their second Great Collaboration, following the first which showcased BP and Reliance Group.

In Hong Kong, our marketplace with a major financial institution is in user acceptance testing and in Singapore our marketplace with ASME is currently being built with the launch planned for July 2015. We continue to make progress in Australia and in the US our recent contract win is now live and has first orders flowing through."
