Ten Alps Communications PLC29 July 2005 29th July 2005 For release Ten Alps Communications PLC AGM Statement TV production company Ten Alps Communications PLC ("Ten Alps" or "the Company")confirms that at its Annual General Meeting, held today in London at 10.30am,all resolutions were duly approved. The resolutions included a resolution that the Company's name be changed to TenAlps plc. The Board of Ten Alps reiterated its trading statement of 13 June 2005 thatrevenue is expected to grow by over 50% year-on-year in the six month periodending 30 September 2005. The Company has 30 TV productions underway, with significant retention ofrights. These include high profile TV documentaries and docudramas for the BBC,Channel 4, Five, Sky One and Discovery.
