Brady plc ("Brady" or the "Group")
AGM Statement
Brady, the leading global provider of trading, risk management and settlement solutions to the energy, metals, recycling and commodities sectors is holding its AGM today.
At the AGM, Paul Fullagar, Chairman of Brady plc, will make the following statement:
"The Group has continued to make progress in the year to date, signing new business across all four business units. In particular, the Group is happy to report that the Brady Energy business unit has made significant progress following the restructure with a coherent streamlined organisation, a much strengthened sales team, a consolidated solution offering and benefiting from the reduced cost base. This business unit has signed a number of new licence contracts as well as two deals providing substantial recurring revenues.
I look forward to reporting further deal flow and business updates as the Group enters the traditionally busy second quarter. We will provide a further update on progress at the interim results."
