AGM Statement 2011

At the Annual General Meeting, which is due to commence at 3pm today, the Chairman John Talbot will make the following statement:

"The Group overall has traded in line with management's expectations during the first four months of the year and has continued to reduce net debt.

We remain confident in achieving a satisfactory overall result for the full year 2011 and despite the continuing harsh economic environment, we feel very positive about the prospects for the Group.

A further update will be given in the pre-close statement at the end of June."
