Net b2b2 PLC28 February 2005 For immediate release: 28 February 2005 RESULT OF AGM APPOINTMENT OF ADVISORY COMMITTEE Netb2b2 plc ("Netb2b2" or "the Group"), the AIM-quoted business aggregatorfocusing on the digital communications sector, today held its Annual GeneralMeeting. All resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed. Keith Young, Chairman, said: "We are pleased that shareholders have voted infavour of our proposed capital reorganisation, changes to articles ofassociation and share option scheme. We believe that this will help the Companyto attract institutional investors, which in turn should increase liquidity andmake our shares a more attractive consideration when entering into negotiationswith potential acquisition targets. We will be announcing our interim resultsfor the six months ended 31 December 2004 on 7 March 2005. I am pleased that thebusiness is performing in line with our expectations." Advisory Committee Netb2b2 also announces that it has formed an advisory committee, which willconsist of three pre-eminent businessmen Sir William Proby, Dr James Bellini andDavid Montgomery. Sir William Proby, who is Chairman of the National Trust, is a charteredaccountant with many years experience in the City, including Morgan Grenfell andCo Ltd, M M & K Ltd, a specialist financial adviser and more recently a venturecapital firm. Dr James Bellini is an analyst and strategy consultant withspecial focus on the future environment; he is on the Advisory Board of theglobal future forum. He has previously presented the Money Programme, Newsnightand Panorama for the BBC and also worked at ITV, Financial Times Television andSky News. Dr Bellini holds a Masters from Cambridge and a PhD from London Schoolof Economics. David Montgomery is the former Chief Executive of Mirror Groupplc. He is currently involved in Mecom UK Management where he has advised onnumerous media acquisition projects for 3i, including Belfast Telegraph, GlasgowHerald and Express newspapers. Mr Montgomery has also held a number ofhigh-profile non-executive directorships including the Press Association,Scottish Media Group and Newspaper Publishing. Commenting on the formation of the advisory committee Keith Young added: "Thisis an important move for Netb2b2 as it gives us access to an additional pool ofexperience and advice, complementary to that offered by the plc Board.
