AGM STATEMENT

Crest Nicholson Holdings plc ("the Company") holds its 2015 Annual General Meeting today at Brooklands Hotel, Weybridge, Surrey starting at 10.30 a.m., where the Group's Chairman, William Rucker, will provide the following statement:

"The Board is pleased to report that the strong start to the Spring selling season, reported upon when the Preliminary Results of the company were announced in January, has continued over the last six weeks.

Cumulative reservations are 766 units, from 44 outlets, representing an open-market sales rate per outlet week of 0.92. This compares with a sales rate of 0.84 for the equivalent period last year, an increase of 10%.

This encouraging level of sales underpins the Board's confidence that the business is continuing to make good progress in delivering on its stated growth objectives."
