Cambridge, UK, 13 May 2008 - ARM Holdings plc [(LSE: ARM); (Nasdaq: ARMH)] announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company was held today at which Resolutions 1 to 13 were duly passed on a show of hands with no votes against. Resolutions 14 and 15, being special resolutions, were passed on a poll, the results of which were as follows:
