Uranium Resources PLC07 June 2007 Uranium Resources plc / Market: AIM / Epic: URA / Sector: Exploration 7th June 2007 Uranium Resources plc ('Uranium Resources' or 'the Company') AGM Statement Uranium Resources plc, the AIM listed uranium exploration and developmentcompany, held its AGM today and all resolutions were duly passed. At the meeting, Director Ross Warner made the following statement: "The last year has seen many developments for Uranium Resources as we continuedto implement our strategy of becoming a significant uranium company focussed inTanzania. We have made considerable progress in advancing our portfolio with thelatest acquisition of licences increasing our land area to circa 14,000sq km,primarily in the highly prospective Karoo Basin. With an active developmentprogramme and a Joint Venture and development partner in the form of WesternMetals, we feel that we are ideally placed to aggressively progress ourexploration activities over 2007. "Following the end of the wet season and construction of 12 kilometres of drillaccess tracks, we have re started our exploration programme with a reversecirculation drilling programme on our Mytona project in southern Tanzania.Initially, 4,000 metres of drilling is scheduled for June on several areas ofuranium anomalies on the Mtonya licence areas, including the Henri prospect,which has yielded uranium grades of up to 2.7% U308 from channel samples insurface trenches. With regards to results, the first assay's from previousdrilling are due out early August this year. "Additionally as our company expands its operations we have decided to dual liston the ASX.
