Robert Walters PLC04 May 2005 Robert Walters plc ("Robert Walters" or the "Group") AGM Trading Update At the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, the Chairman, TimothyBarker, made the following comments: "In the announcement of our preliminary results for the year ended 31 December2004 I said that the current year had started well and that net fee income inthe first quarter would exceed that achieved in the same period of 2004. In theevent, net fee income in the first quarter was around 30% higher than in thefirst quarter of last year."
