Adventis Group PLC24 May 2006 For immediate release 2.00pm 24 May 2006 Adventis Group Plc ("Adventis" or "the Company") I am pleased to report a year of considerable progress for Adventis. We reported record levels of billings and profits, both organically and throughacquisitions. Our stated strategy of growing market share and expansion of services has livedup to our expectations. By now, you are familiar with Affiniti (UK) Ltd, aspecialised UK healthcare advertising agency, acquired in January 2005, whichhas had an excellent year. Similarly, our recent new ventures, notably AdgendaMedia Ltd, a media agency in identified specialist sectors have continued toprosper. We have gained several major blue chip clients and the Company'soutlook continues to be positive. Furthering this strategy, I would like to underline the additional acquisitionswhich we announced only yesterday, 23 May, Roundhouse Advertising Ltd, amarketing, design and advertising agency within the healthcare sector, and TheColtman Media Company Ltd, a leading media planning and buying agency in thefinancial services sector. These acquisitions will make significant contributions to the Group performancegiving a turnover of in excess of £30 million, which triples our turnover sincepre-flotation. Overall trading in the first four months has been very satisfactory and weexpect our results for this year to be in line with the most recent marketforecast. Today the Group consists of eight operating companies, in four locations,employing approximately 100 people.
