Mobile Streams plc24 April 2006 24 April 2006 Annual General Meeting Announcement Mobile Streams plc, ("Mobile Streams" or "the Company"), the global mobile mediaspecialist, today holds its Annual General Meeting. At the meeting, to be heldat 11 am, chairman Roger Parry will make the following statement: "I am pleased to report that the year to date has begun well. Following ourInitial Public Offering in London in February 2006, Mobile Streams has continuedto drive its international growth and pursue strategic acquisitions in themobile media market. We are also delighted to have made a number of importantappointments, which add considerable depth to our team. Our very recent acquisition of Cyoshi Mobile, a leading European producer anddistributor of mobile media content, strengthens our position in the fastgrowing mobile video sector of the market. Such a complementary acquisition willaccelerate Mobile Streams' global content strategy by adding a portfolio ofunique content, while boosting the Company's operator distribution footprintacross both continental and Eastern Europe. The appointment of Mark Carleton to the Board in February reinforced ourpartnership with Liberty Media Corporation ("Liberty") following our strategicalliance with Liberty and TruePosition in January 2006, through which Libertyacquired a 22% stake in Mobile Streams. Mobile Streams have now met with many ofthe Liberty owned or affiliated companies and have been widely welcomed as apartner with mobile media expertise. In addition, Mobile Streams signed a multi-million dollar agreement to manageand operate Connectid, the US mobile tracking business controlled byTruePosition. Location enabled services are becoming more important as anenabler of new and improved mobile services such as family locator and locationenabled content. Connectid has leveraged its expertise in the sector from itsTruePosition parent along with its Liberty support to identify and start toimplement a strong strategy to embrace this emerging opportunity. We were also very pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Rovtar as SeniorVice President, Business Development in March 2006. Mr. Rovtar, who has over 20years experience in the media sector, will lead the development of MobileStreams' "Vuesia" platform - a proprietary new technology that deploys andmanages all aspects of mobile content distribution, including; encoding to meetvarying carrier and handset specs, content delivery, reporting, billing anddigital rights management. Trading across the Group remains very much on track and we are confident ofconsiderable further opportunities ahead. Since the listing we have launched newbusiness with Movistar in Chile and Alltel, the 5th largest operator in the US.We believe we occupy a unique space in the mobile media market and intend todevelop both content and distribution opportunities internationally."
