AGM statement Posting of Annual Report and Accounts
At the AGM to be held at 9.00 a.m. today, the Chairman will make the following statement:
"Whilst the economic environment continues to be challenging, we are encouraged by the progress that has been made by the Group since the year end in retaining clients and winning new customers. The Board continues to believe that, with its range of business-critical products and strong balance sheet, the Group is well placed to support its customers through a recession."
Posting of Annual Report and Accounts
In accordance with AIM Rule 20, the Group announces that it posted its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2008 to shareholders on 2 January 2009.
