BowLeven Plc1 February 2005 1 February 2005 BowLeven Plc AGM Statement BowLeven Plc held its AGM on 31 January 2005 at 5.00 pm in Edinburgh. The resolutions were all passed. BowLeven Plc is an independent oil and gas company which has a 100 per centinterest in an exploration permit in the shallow waters offshore Cameroon, WestAfrica. BowLeven, admitted to AIM in December 2004, is using the funds raised toacquire 3D seismic data over the Etinde permit area, drill up to three furtherwells and negotiate a gas supply contract for a Gas to Electricity (GTE) projectin Cameroon. At the AGM of BowLeven Plc, Chairman Terry Heneaghan said: "The acquisition of 3D seismic over Block MLHP-7 (575 sq km) and part of blockMLHP-5 (206 sq km) has been completed. The quality of the seismic data isexcellent and data processing is underway. Processing and interpretation willtake approximately three months and our 2005 drilling programme will start assoon as possible thereafter, subject to rig availability. "We are hopeful of sending a project team to Cameroon by end March 2005 to beginnegotiations with the Cameroon Government on our planned GTE project. "We are also still in discussions with the Cameroon Government over the award ofBlock MLHP-4 (Sanaga Sud Field) and we remain positive about the outcome."
