Annual General Meeting Statement
At the AGM of RPS Group plc, to be held later today, Brook Land, Chairman, will make the following statement:
"On 23 April the Group published its first IMS in which we indicated that strong trading in the first quarter of the year, in combination with the acquisitions made in the year to date, gave the Board confidence that 2008 will be another successful year for RPS. One month on, the Board retains that confidence.
"As announced on 27 March 2008, Louise Charlton, the Group Senior Partner of Brunswick LLP, will be joining the Board as an additional Non Executive Director with effect from the conclusion of the AGM.
"The Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2008 will be published on 31 July 2008."
