AGM Statement and Director Appointment

At the Company's Annual General Meeting being held at 3.30 p.m. today, Chris Akers, Executive Chairman, will make the following statement:

"I am pleased to report that Concha continues to progress towards having its shares restored to trading on AIM. On 10th April 2013, we completed the acquisition of a 40% interest in Moshen Limited, a leading developer and distributor of digital apps focusing on the sports, games and entertainment sectors. In addition, the Company has identified a number of further investments, which it intends to progress to completion over the coming weeks and which the Board believes will enable the suspension of the Company's shares to be lifted.

"In order to support these activities, the Company intends to strengthen its management team through the appointment of a new finance director, Russell Backhouse, with effect from 22 May 2013, who will support the identification and evaluation of potential investments and provide the business with further corporate finance experience. Russell is an experienced finance director and corporate financier and has served on a number of company boards, both listed and private, with a particular focus on the TMT sector.

"The Board's primary focus is to complete the acquisition of sufficient qualifying investments to meet the criteria to restore Concha's shares to trading to AIM and looks forward to updating its shareholders on such further investments in due course. I am encouraged by the progress we have made over the course of the last few months and am confident that the management team will be able to identify and complete some exciting and accretive acquisitions in the near term."
