AGM Statement and Change of Director Role

The Company is pleased to report that all of the resolutions put before the shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting today were passed.

In addition the Board has resolved that Mr. Norm Phipps should become Chief Executive Officer following his change of role to Interim Chief Executive Officer in April 2012.
