Tertiary Minerals PLC26 January 2007 Tertiary Minerals Plc AGM Statement Tertiary Minerals advised shareholders at the annual general meeting in Londontoday that its shares will remain temporarily suspended at the Company's requestpending resolution of issues relating to the renewal of its exploration rightsover the Ghurayyah tantalum project in Saudi Arabia. Patrick Cheetham, Tertiary's chairman told the meeting: "I realise that it isfrustrating but ask for your patience and can assure you that the Board and itspartners in Saudi Arabia are working hard to resolve this issue and achieve apositive outcome. The Company will make further announcements as soon asinformation becomes available." At the meeting all resolutions were duly passed.
