AGM Statement
Our retail websites; printed.com and goodprint continued to generate a large proportion of our sales and profits in the first quarter.
The integration of goodprint into our state of the art facility in Newcastle alongside printed.com has delivered greater than expected savings to the group.
Our challenge is to attract and retain a volume of customers whilst restricting our advertising budget to 27% of revenues. We continue to look at how customers purchase across printed.com and goodprint, to ensure we are adopting a best of class approach.
We monitor the progress of our websites by reference to the following KPIs which are comparable to those previously reported:

All other parts of the Group started the year well.
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Steven Grout as CEO of our digital marketing agency Tangent Snowball.
Steven brings a wealth of experience having run CRM and loyalty programmes for brands such as British Airways, Ford, Heinz, Pfizer, and Three Mobile. Steven has run a number of agencies; Carlson Marketing Group, Rapp Collins Europe and most recently Targetbase Claydon Heeley.
