ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF LIMITED PARTNERS

Douglas, Isle of Man, 7 June, 2011: Zhaikmunai L.P. (LSE: ZKM) is pleased to announce that its annual general meeting of limited partners ("AGM") will be held at The Sefton Hotel, Harris Promenade, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2RW on 1 July, 2011 at 2:00 p.m.

The meeting will consider the resolutions laid out in the notice of AGM, which has been posted to limited partners along with the form of proxy.
