Latchways PLC07 September 2007 Latchways plc AGM Statement At the Latchways plc Annual General Meeting to be held today, Chairman PaulHearson will report: "As I reported in our Interim Management Statement of 23 July, product salescontinue to perform well with new business wins in the wind power industry andcontinued strength in our core European markets. "Our Specialist Fixing division has remained weak in the first half, due tocontractual delays. The business outlook is for a strong second half. "Our new product team have a number of new and exciting developments inprogress, two of which will be launched in the second half of the year.Alongside these developments we continue to seek further niche acquisitions tocomplement our range. "The board remains confident of full year performance in line with marketexpectations. "I look forward to providing a further update with the interim results onNovember 12th."
