VTR PLC24 May 2007 VTR plc Annual General Meeting The Board is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meetingheld on 23 May 2007, all the resolutions were passed. The Chairman, Namit Malhotra, commented that "since Prime Focus invested in VTRplc, we have seen a great change in the Company's cost base and the ability ofthe staff to embrace and commit to the restructuring of the Company. This hasled the Company to trade profitably for the period from September 2006 to March2007. Within the first year under the PFL management, the Company hassuccessfully completed the first projects that involved both Indian and UKresources.
