Bankers reports outcome of 2007 Annual General Meeting of shareholders
CALGARY, May 22 /CNW/ - Bankers Petroleum Ltd. announced that shareholders approved all of the motions described in the management information circular dated April 17, 2007 at today's Annual General Meeting. In addition, the resolution concerning amendment provisions of the Company's stock option plan was modified and approved to delete the amendment power described in paragraph (f) of the amendment clause.
