Tribal Group PLC29 July 2005 Tribal Group plc 2005 AGM statement At the Annual General Meeting of Tribal Group plc (the "Group") to be held at10.30 am today, Tribal will provide the following update: "The Group has started the year well with trading in the first three months ofthe financial year in line with the Board's expectations. We have won a number of new contracts, in particular, the recent award of a fouryear contract with an estimated value of £10.7m with the Learning and SkillsCouncil in the South West of England to provide advice and guidance as part ofthe provision of learning to offenders in both prisons and the probationservice. The implementation of Mercury Health's ISTC contract is proceeding well; thefirst centre at Wycombe will open, on schedule and on budget, on 8 August 2005.This facility will be one of the first in the country to provide generalpractitioners with direct access to diagnostic imaging services.
