Centaur Media PLC29 November 2007 29th November 2007 Centaur Media plc AGM Statement and Resignation of Non-Executive Director At Centaur's Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions were passed. The Chairman Graham Sherren announced that Alton Irby has decided to resign as adirector of the Company and not to seek re-election as a non-executive directorof the Company at the Annual General Meeting. The Resolution to this effect wasthus not proposed with the agreement of the meeting. Graham Sherren said "Alton has made a significant contribution to the Companyduring his period as a director. He has now moved to San Francisco to pursue hisinterests there and he feels he is unable to continue to give the Company hisfull commitment.
