Media Steps Group PLC16 December 2005 Press Release 16 December 2005 Media Steps Group plc ("Media Steps" or "the Group") AGM Statement Media Steps Group plc (AIM:STEP), a provider of innovative outdoor advertisingfor stairways in public places, announces today that, at the Company's AnnualGeneral Meeting, held earlier today, all resolutions before the meeting wereduly passed. Trading update Our installation program has continued over the last two months and we are onschedule to have 400 postersteps installed by the end of January and anticipatewell over 500 postersteps before our year end. The Company's progress in establishing its new media offering has been slowerthan anticipated and it is now clear that it will fall substantially short ofprevious market expectations. We are yet to secure a significant long term commitment from advertisers, butare encouraged by our ongoing discussions with potential buyers of ouradvertising medium.
