Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company advises that all resolutions put to Avation's 17th annual general meeting held today in Singapore were passed, other than resolution 9 relating to the disapplication of statutory pre-emption rights on the sale of shares held in treasury.
