Bisichi Mining PLC ("the Company)
The Company is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 4 June 2007 at 30-35 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5LP all ordinary and special resolutions concerning ordinary business were duly passed. There was no special business.
