AGM RESULTS AND DE-LISTING

Capital Lease Aviation Plc (LSE: CLA), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, announces that, following receipt of the results of the poll votes on each of the resolutions put to its Annual General Meeting from its registrars, all resolutions were passed.

As shareholders have now approved the de-listing of CLA, it is expected that the Company will be de-listed with effect from 7 am on 24 November 2015 and a further announcement will be made in due course confirming this. The expected last day of dealings in ordinary shares of the Company is 23 November 2015.
