Intimas Group plc ("Intimas" or "the Group") is a designer and supplier of ladies' intimate apparel, with a portfolio of brands including Lepel, Charnos and Ted Baker Intimates.
At the Group's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), held in Long Eaton on Friday, 23 May 2008, all the resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
