Emblaze Ltd08 August 2005 EMBLAZE Ltd RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND TRADING UPDATE 8 August, 2005 - Emblaze Ltd announces that shareholders passed all resolutionsput forward at the Company's Annual General Meeting held in London today. At the AGM, Eli Reifman, chief executive officer of Emblaze made a briefpresentation outlining the progress of the business. He stated that the Grouphas experienced significant growth across all business units and is currently ontrack to meet our projections made at the time of the full year results on 29April 2005. No new financial information was disclosed. The AGM approved the appointment of Mr. Bertrand Faure-Beaulieu as anon-executive director of the Company. Bertrand is a graduate of ESSEC BusinessSchool and has a background in banking and risk management. He began his careerin corporate banking, and then spent four years looking after political riskmanagement with Glencore, a leading commodities trading company. In 1993, hebecame a co-founder of Trafigura, a commodities trading and recycling group,which grew to over 600 people in four years with annual revenues in excess ofUS$6 billion. After leaving Trafigura in 1997, he became an independentconsultant and long-term investor, playing active roles in the early financingof companies. In 1999 he founded Vielife Ltd., UK based private company, aleading global provider of corporate health and productivity solutions and istheir executive chairman. There is no disclosure required under Section 9.6.13(1) to (6) of the Listing Rules. Also, it was announced that Michael Grabiner, who has been on the Board sinceMay 2000, and Ari Zalkinder, who has been on the Board since 1997, are steppingdown as non-executive directors.
