AGM Result, Directorate Change and Total Voting Rights

LightwaveRF plc, Internet of Things company and creators of the LightwaveRF Smart Home platform enabling households and businesses to remotely monitor and control lighting, heating, power and security using app or web, is pleased to announce that at its AGM held today all resolutions were duly passed including the resolution the appointment of John Shermer to the Board as Chief Technical Director with immediate effect.

John is a founder shareholder of the Company and has previously served on the both the Company's operational and executive Boards.

The following details in relation the appointment of John Shermer are disclosed in accordance with in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules

Mr Shermer has an interest in 896,666 shares in LWRF representing 7.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

There are no other disclosures required in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.

In accordance with the provision of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, the Company confirms that, following its recent placing and subscription, its issued share capital now comprises 12,595,480 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each. All of the Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights and none of the Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 12,595,480. This may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Following the AGM attending shareholders were given a presentation by the Board on the business strategy which will be available on the Company website.
