Resolution 15 That the authorised share capital of the Company be and is hereby increased from £9,363,200 to £10,403,200 by the creation of an additional 104,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each. Resolution 16 That the directors be authorised to allot relevant securities under s80 of the Companies Act 1985.
