Annual General Meeting - Resolutions
Tullow is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting put to the meeting were passed by shareholders on a show of hands.
Full details of the proxy votes lodged by post and electronically for each of the resolutions are available in the Annual General Meeting section of the Investors area of the Tullow website www.tullowoil.com
Two copies of the resolutions passed at the meeting concerning items other than the ordinary business transacted at the meeting will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the Document Viewing Facilities of the UK Listing Authority which is situated at :
