Kingspan Group PLC26 May 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 26 May 2005 Kingspan Group plc AGM and EGM results All resolutions at the Company's Annual General Meeting were duly passed. The resolution proposed at the EGM (the Whitewash Resolution) was also dulypassed. The result of the poll vote was as follows: in favour 40,762,780(99.93%), against 28,644 (0.07%). The Board of Kingspan now has authority to buyback up to 10% of its issued sharecapital.
