AGM date and recommended dividend

Gama Aviation Plc, one of the world's largest business aviation service providers, is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00 p.m. on May 25 2017 at the offices of the Company, Business Aviation Centre, Farnborough Airport, Farnborough, Hampshire GU14 6XA.

As announced on 27 March 2017 in the Company's final results for the year ended 31 December 2016, the Board is proposing a final dividend of 2.6p per share. Subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting, the Company will pay the dividend on Tuesday 18 July 2017 to all shareholders on the register of members of the Company at the close of business on 30 June 2017 (the "Record Date"). The ex-dividend date will be on 29 June 2016.
