("Arena" or the "Company")

Annual General Meeting and Dividend

On 1 March 2010 Arena declared a final dividend of 0.38p per share, subject to shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). This dividend will be payable on 21 May 2010 to all shareholders on the register at 23 April 2010.

The AGM will be held on 19 May 2010; notice of which will be published with the Annual Report and Accounts and on the Company's website: www.arenaleisureplc.com
