AGM and Appointment of Directors

The Company confirms that all resolutions proposed at its AGM held today, 25 January 2013, were duly passed.

Further to the passing of resolution 3, APC confirms the election of Tessa Laws as Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective immediately. In addition, the Board approved the appointment of Leonard Seelig as Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect, replacing Will David who stepped down from that role at the AGM, but will continue as a Non-Executive Director for three months.
