AGM
Micro Focus International plc ("Micro Focus", LSE: MCRO.L), the international software product group, will be holding its AGM at 3.00 pm today. Kevin Loosemore, Executive Chairman, will provide the following update on trading at the AGM.
"Trading in the current financial year to date has been consistent with previous management guidance, namely that the group's total revenue for the year ending 30 April 2016 is expected to decline by between 2% and 4% on a constant currency basis when compared to the pro-forma performance in the 12 months ended 30 April 2015 of the combination of Micro Focus and The Attachmate Group which was acquired on 20 November 2014.
Non-executive Director Tom Skelton steps down from the Board with immediate effect following nine years on the Board. Kevin Loosemore, said, "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Tom for his very considerable contribution to the business and wish him well in his future. During his nine years on the Board, he has supported Micro Focus in its consistent delivery of significant shareholder value."
Micro Focus will announce its Interim Results for the six months to 31 October 2015 on 10 December 2015.
