Agenda of the Board of Directors on November 11, 2015
PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces the agenda of the Board of Directors meeting to be held in absentia on November 11, 2015.
The agenda includes the following items:
1. Issues related to convening and holding the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of shareholders of RusHydro.
2. Approval of the agenda for the EGM.
3. Determining prices of interested party transactions.
4. Recommendations to the EGM.
The information on decisions of the Board will be made available in compliance with regulatory requirements.
