JSC RusHydro announces the agenda of the Board of Directors to be held in absentia on March 20, 2013.

The agenda includes the following items:

1. On approving the list of candidates to the Board of Directors of RusHydro nominated by shareholders of the Company.

2. On preparation for holding the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of RusHydro.
