Agenda of the Board of Directors on March 16, 2015

JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces the agenda of the Board of Directors meeting to be held in absentia on March 16, 2015.

The agenda includes the following items:

1. Approval of the report on insurance protection of RusHydro in 2014.

2. Position of RusHydro (RusHydro's representatives) on the agendas of the governing bodies of the Company's subsidiaries and affiliates.

3. Composition of the Management Board of RusHydro.

The information on decisions of the Board will be made available in compliance with regulatory requirements.
